Pre-Bid Conference: A 2nd Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 9 am on Friday, March 27, 2026, at the Polk County Sherriff’s Office Southwest Command building located at 4120 US 98, Lakeland, FL 33801 (adjacent to the Lakeland campus of Polk State College). Attendance at both Pre-Bid Meetings is not required. If a vendor attended the first meeting, then attendance at the 2nd meeting is not required.
