Pre-Bid Conference: A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held Thursday, March 26, 2026, 9:00 a.m. at the Polk County Administration building, located at 1299 West Lake Hamilton Drive, Winter Haven, 33881. An authorized representative or agent of the Bidder must be present at this meeting, as evidenced by their signature on the meeting’s sign-in sheet, or the Bidder’s bid will be considered non-responsive. An additional non-mandatory site visit has been requested, the property will be accessible from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, for interested bidders or their subcontractors. No County staff will be present at the site.
