Jersey Road Northwest Nightly Closures Scheduled Beginning April 10

Bartow, Fla. (April 10, 2026) – A portion of Jersey Road Northwest north of Havendale Boulevard Northwest in Winter Haven is scheduled to close nightly beginning at 8:30 p.m. tonight until Saturday, April 18 for roadway improvement work.

Jersey Road Northwest will close between Havendale Boulevard Northwest and Maple Drive until roadway improvement work is completed. The roadway is expected to reopen at 4:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 18.

Residents are asked to plan alternative routes as needed.

Traffic traveling southbound on Jersey Road Northwest from U.S. Highway 92 will be detoured west on Derby Avenue East then south on Rose Street to Havendale Boulevard Northwest. Traffic traveling on Havendale Boulevard Northwest will be detoured north on Rose Street and east on Derby Avenue East to Jersey Road Northwest.
