Bartow, Fla. (Dec. 31, 2025) – All lanes on East Derby Avenue remain closed between Jersey Road and Lake Jessie Drive in Winter Haven. The roadway is expected to open at 3 p.m. on Jan. 31.
Traffic on Jersey Road and Lake Jessie Drive will be re-routed to Sherry Avenue.
The closure is part of an ongoing Cornerstone Collard Auburndale, LLC., project that requires storm water line installation and roadway resurfacing improvements.
Residents are asked to plan alternative routes as needed.
