Housing and Neighborhood Development public meeting to review draft FY 2026–30 Consolidated Plan and FY 2026–27 Annual Action Plan.

The Housing and Neighborhood Development Office will hold a public meeting to review the draft FY 2026–30 Consolidated Plan and FY 2026–27 Annual Action Plan. These plans outline the county’s housing and community development priorities for the next several years, including how federal resources may be used to support local needs.

Residents are encouraged to attend and share any comments and feedback. All public input will be included in the final plans submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the federal agency that provides funding for housing and community development programs.

The meeting will be held in the Board Room at the Polk County Administration Building at 330 W. Church St. in Bartow.
