Pre-Bid Conference: A second MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held at 3:00 pm on Monday, November 17, 2025, in the pavilion building next to the dog park located at Loyce E. Harpe Park at 500 West Carter Road, Mulberry Florida, 33860. A mandatory site visit will immediately follow. An authorized representative or agent of the Bidder must be present at this meeting, as evidenced by their signature on the meeting’s sign-in sheet, or the Bidder’s submittal will be considered non-responsive. Contractors who attended the first mandatory pre bid meeting and site-visit on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, are not required to attend the second meeting.
