Homosassa Drive Closed Until Aug. 7 for Main Water and Sewer Extension Work

Bartow, Fla. (July 31, 2026) – A section of Homosassa Drive in Poinciana will be closed until 6 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 7 for main water and sewer extension work.

Homosassa Drive located south of St. Cloud Road in Poinciana will remain closed to nonresidential traffic until main water and sewer extension work is completed. The roadway is expected to reopen at 6 p.m. on Aug. 7.

The closure is part of an Invertech Solutions, LLC. project.

Residents are asked to plan alternative routes as needed.
