Discover seven simple steps to healthier meals, learn easy recipes and pick up practical tips that fit into everyday life.

The sixāweek program will meet from 6 to 7 p.m. on Monday nights beginning July 27 through Aug. 31. Class dates are July 27,Ā Aug. 3,Ā Aug. 10,Ā Aug. 17,Ā Aug. 24 and 31.
Registration for this virtual course costs $10 per person (one-time fee).
A Zoom link will be emailed to participants before the class begins.
