Pre-Bid Conference: Non-mandatory additional site-visit will be held Thursday, November 20, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. in the Roads & Drainage Building, located at 3000 Sheffield Road, Winter Haven, FL 33880. Only the contractors who attended the Mandatory Pre-Bid/Site-Visit held on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 are eligible to submit a bid. The purpose of this site-visit is to allow vendors to bring subcontractors, take measurements, etc. if they were unable to at the mandatory.
