Bartow, Fla. (Dec. 15, 2025) – A portion of Jersey Road closed at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 15 for roadway widening, milling and resurface work and roadway improvements.
Jersey Road is closed between East Derby Avenue and Havendale Boulevard in Winter Haven until roadway improvements are completed. The roadway is expected to reopen at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 19.
The closure is part of a Cornerstone Collard Auburndale, LLC project.
Traffic traveling south on Jersey Road will be re-routed west onto East Derby Avenue and then south onto Charlotte Road. Traffic traveling west on Havendale Boulevard will be re-routed north onto Charlotte Road and then east onto East Derby Avenue.
